Website Design for Service Providers Who’ve Outgrown DIY
Clean design. Clear strategy. Complete peace of mind.
Strategic website audits, one-day makeovers, and complete website builds for established service providers who are ready to hand it off and start sharing a site that actually matches their work.

Your Website Stopped Keeping Up
You started your business to do work you care about, and the website was something you figured out along the way. For a while, it worked well enough.
But your services have shifted since then. Your pricing has changed. The way you talk about your work sounds nothing like what your About page says, and you’ve probably opened your site builder, tweaked a few things, and felt like nothing really moved.
The part that sticks with you is the hesitation before sharing your link. The disclaimer you add before anyone sees it. You know the site doesn’t match how good you are at what you actually do, and that gap has been sitting on your to-do list for longer than you’d like to admit.
Most of the time, the real issue isn’t design. It’s that nobody has stopped to figure out what the site actually needs to do, and that’s a hard thing to solve on your own when you’re busy running the business it’s supposed to support.
I start where most designers stop. Then I stay.
I work with established service providers who’ve hit the point where the website needs real attention, and they don’t want to spend months going back and forth to get there.
Your current site might need a strategic refresh, or you might be ready for a completely new build. Either way, every decision I make is grounded in what your website needs to do, not just how it needs to look.
Each project starts with a conversation about where your business is right now and where your business is headed.
From there, I’ll recommend the right path: a website review with a prioritized action plan, a one-day refresh, or a full website build completed in a single week.
And I stay involved after launch, because a website that stops getting attention the day it goes live is a website that starts falling behind.
Signature Services
Website Wellness Review
For when you know something’s off but can’t pinpoint what.
A focused website audit that identifies exactly what’s working, what’s not, and what to fix first. You’ll walk away with a prioritized action plan you can implement yourself or bring back to me when you’re ready for the next step.
Website Rejuvenation Day
For when your site needs meaningful updates, not a full rebuild.
A one-day intensive where I take your existing site and bring it up to where your business actually is right now. We start with a strategy session to build the priority list together, and by end of day, the work is done.
Website in a Week
For when you need a new site built from the ground up.
A complete website build, scoped and delivered in one focused week. Strategy comes first, decisions are made before the build starts, and the result is a site that’s built to support your business from day one.

You’ll have a site that reflects your expertise, guides visitors toward working with you, and gives you a real online home base for your business. The kind of site you actually want to send people to when they’re looking for exactly what you offer.
Meet Liz Houston
I spent over a decade teaching computer science and ESL in the U.S., South Korea, and Taiwan. There were many things I enjoyed about being in the classroom, but the thing that stuck was making complicated things make sense. Breaking down systems, meeting people where they were, never assuming they should already know how something works.
The original plan after teaching was to start an online tutoring business, but somewhere in the middle of building my own website for it, I realized the website itself was the part I actually wanted to keep doing.
Once I realized that, the tutoring idea took a back seat, and I started putting my energy into helping other entrepreneurs build an online presence instead. The same instinct from teaching followed me: figure out what someone actually needs, meet them there, and make the whole thing make sense.
These days I work with service providers who are ready to hand their website off to someone they trust, and I stay for as long as their business needs me to.
