Is your website working as hard as you are?

Find out in a review that’s more conversation than critique.

We’ll look at your site together from a real visitor’s perspective, not just a checklist. You’ll leave knowing exactly what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do next.

A woman in white clothes sits on a wicker chair at a white desk, looking at an open laptop. A cup, saucer, and vase with dried flowers are on the desk.

You have a website.

But you’re not sure it’s actually doing anything.

Your site is live. You put real effort into it. And yet, somewhere in the back of your mind, a question lingers:

“Is this actually working the way I think it is?”

Not in a dramatic, everything-is-broken kind of way. More like… you make small tweaks, update a photo here, adjust some copy there, and hope it’s helping. Without ever being quite sure what’s moving the needle and what isn’t.

Maybe you’ve been wondering:

  • Why isn’t my website bringing in more inquiries?
  • Does this look professional to someone who doesn’t know me?
  • Am I missing something obvious that someone else would catch immediately?

You started this business to serve your clients well, not to become a web designer. You just want to know your site is doing its job.

Here’s what I know after years of reviewing websites:

The problem is rarely what you think it is. And it’s almost never as overwhelming to fix as it feels.

A Website Wellness Review gives you a professional perspective on how your site actually looks, feels, and functions to a real visitor, so you can move forward with a clear plan instead of another round of guesswork.

The Website Wellness Review

A strategic, judgment-free website evaluation for online service providers who already have a live site and want to know, honestly, what’s working and what isn’t.

This is not a generic report. I review your site from two angles: as an experienced web designer, and as an interested visitor seeing it for the very first time.

Then we talk through what I found, together.

What’s Included

A live 30-minute video review

This is a real conversation, not a pre-recorded Loom video. I walk through your site’s most important pages and share what I notice as I go. You can ask questions, push back, or ask me to dig deeper on anything. A recording is provided afterward so you can revisit it anytime.

A professional PDF report

A clear written summary of my findings, including design and visual clarity, user experience and navigation flow, mobile performance, content and messaging, and foundational search visibility factors. Written in plain language, not tech jargon.

A prioritized action plan

Not a list of everything that could be improved. A focused, ordered list of what to address first, based on what will have the most impact for your specific site and goals. Designed to reduce overwhelm and give you a clear starting point.

How It Works

  • Book your spot using the calendar below. You’ll choose your preferred format (live call or recorded walkthrough) and share your website URL at the time of booking.
  • I review your site before we meet. I look at it from two angles: as a web designer who knows what to look for, and as a first-time visitor encountering it without any context.
  • We walk through it together. During our 30-minute call, I share what I found and we talk through what it means for your business. You ask questions. I give honest, practical answers.
  • You receive your PDF report and prioritized action plan. Take it from there yourself, or let’s talk about what working together further could look like.

What Clients Are Saying

  • If you want clarity, strategy, and real direction for improving your website, Liz is an excellent choice

“I had a Website Wellness Review with Liz and highly recommend her services.

She provided two in-depth video reviews along with detailed PDF reports covering my site audit and domain strength. Her feedback helped me clearly identify gaps I hadn’t seen before and gave me a structured plan for improving my website’s performance and visibility.

We also had a follow-up call where she answered my questions and helped me prioritize what to focus on first. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I left with clear, actionable steps I can implement over time to strengthen my site.

Liz is professional, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable. She made the entire process feel manageable and gave me confidence in the direction I’m heading.

If you want clarity, strategy, and real direction for improving your website, Liz is an excellent choice.”

Is a Website Wellness Review right for you?

This is a good fit if…

  • Your website has been live for at least six months without a meaningful professional review
  • You built it yourself, or it was built a while ago and your business has evolved since
  • You sense something is off but can’t quite put your finger on what
  • You want honest, expert feedback from someone who will tell you what actually needs attention
  • You’re ready to take action on what you learn

This probably isn’t the right fit if…

  • You worked closely with a professional web designer in the past few months
  • Your website isn’t central to how you get clients
  • You’re looking for done-for-you implementation rather than strategic direction

The Investment

The Website Wellness Review is $147.

If you decide to move forward with a Website Rejuvenation Day or a larger project afterward, your full investment applies as a credit toward that work.
