Hourly Rate

For Ongoing Support Clients – $75/hour

Billed in 15-minute increments
If you’re an active client on a WordPress Care Plan or my Strategic Content System, your hourly rate is just $75. This lower rate reflects our ongoing relationship—I already know your site and your business goals, which means I can jump in efficiently when you need something done quickly.

For Non-Support Clients – $100/hour

Billed in 15-minute increments, as availability allows
If you’re not currently on a support plan, I’m happy to assist with one-off updates or design help as my schedule permits. Because these projects often require more investigation (especially on sites I haven’t maintained), the rate is $100/hour to account for the extra time and troubleshooting involved.

That’s why I offer a preferred rate for clients who’ve made a commitment to consistent care and strategy.

What Kind of Work Is Billed Hourly?

  • Troubleshooting plugin conflicts or theme issues
  • Formatting or publishing new blog posts or pages
  • Adding or replacing graphics, banners, or CTAs
  • Embedding new forms, tools, or third-party features
  • Fixing layout issues on desktop or mobile views
  • Making content updates outside the scope of a care plan
  • Customizing existing templates or minor design tweaks
  • Implementing new SEO best practices (when requested separately)
  • Adding seasonal announcements, offers, or pop-ups
  • Adjusting navigation menus or footer content
