Nope, you don’t need any special software. The planner and checklist are provided as PDF files that you can either print out or view digitally on any device that supports PDF viewing.

The time can vary depending on your site’s complexity, but most weekly tasks can be completed in about 30 minutes. Monthly and quarterly tasks might take a bit longer, but the planner helps you break them down into manageable steps.

While I have provided task descriptions and space to write your own notes, the planner does not include detailed tutorials for each task. Over the next couple weeks, you’ll receive emails that provide additional guidance for many of the tasks included.
